Proudly serving Northern Virginia since 1991, Nova Urgent Care provides the community with high quality, cost effective, walk-in medical care, seven days a week. With convenient locations in Ashburn, Sterling, Leesburg, and Warrenton, Nova Urgent Care Centers are extremely accessible and an excellent alternative to hospital emergency rooms when medical care is needed immediately for non life-threatening illnesses. No appointment is ever necessary, and a copy of the medical encounter is always sent directly to your primary care physician to aid in the continuity of your care.

We've renovated and expanded our Leesburg Office just for you! 

 

The newly renovated facility now boasts 3 new treatment rooms and on-site digital x-ray.  Naturopathic medicine & acupuncture services are now also available in Leesburg.

 

X-Ray Available in Leesburg & Sterling

X-Ray services are available daily in our Sterling & Leesburg offices, Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. and Saturday & Sunday from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

For your convenience, you can now pay your medical bills online using our new Patient Portal.  Simply create an account or login to your existing account and select "Pay My Bill Online."  You can also request prescription refills and appointments using the Patient Portal.
