Proudly serving Northern Virginia since 1991, Nova Urgent Care provides the community with high quality, cost effective, walk-in medical care, seven days a week. With convenient locations in Ashburn, Sterling, Leesburg, and Warrenton, Nova Urgent Care Centers are extremely accessible and an excellent alternative to hospital emergency rooms when medical care is needed immediately for non life-threatening illnesses. No appointment is ever necessary, and a copy of the medical encounter is always sent directly to your primary care physician to aid in the continuity of your care.

New Hours for X-Ray Services

X-Ray services are available weekly in our Sterling office on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 8 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.

 

New Weekend Hours & Services
Effective Saturday, September 17th, Nova Urgent Care in Warrenton will be closed on Saturdays and Sundays.  

Additionally, Nova Medical Group appointments will be available to patients on Saturdays in Ashburn.

Seasonal Flu Vaccines

Flu season is just around the corner...are you ready?  The CDC recommends a yearly flu shot for everyone 6 months of age and older.  Stop by one of our Urgent Care Centers for your vaccine today.  No appointment is necessary.

 

Pay Medical Bills Online

For your convenience, you can now pay your medical bills online using our new Patient Portal.  Simply create an account or login to your existing account and select "Pay My Bill Online."  You can also request prescription refills and appointments using the Patient Portal. 

 

Nova Introduces IVMT

Nova Medical Group is please to offer Intravenous Micronutrient Therapy (IVMT), a treatment method which administers essential nutrients directly into the bloodstream rather than having the patient take them as oral supplements.
