Christopher Connolly, MD

Dr. Christopher Connolly graduated from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA with a degree in biology. He received his medical degree from the New York Medical College of Valhalla, NY, and completed his residency in Internal Medicine at the Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA.
Prior to his medical school training, Dr. Connolly conducted specialized research for the Department of Emergency Medicine and Department of Obsterics and Gynecology at the Medical College of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. During his medical school training at New York Medical college, Dr. Connolly was granted a research fellowship and continued his research interests in the fields of Gastroenterology and Infectious Disease. He is board certified in Internal Medicine and joined Nova Medical & Urgent Care Center, Inc. in 1999.

Visha Dinesh, MD
Board Certified in Internal Medicine
A native of India, Dr. Visha Dinesh earned her medical degree from Madurai Medical College in Tamil Nadu, India. She moved to the United States in 2002 and completed her residency in internal medicine in Brooklyn, New York. During her second year of residency, she was named “Resident of the Year” and also served as the Chief Resident in her final year of residency. Upon completion of the program, Dr. Dinesh moved to Maine where she practiced medicine for four years.
Dr. Dinesh is board certified in internal medicine and has a special interest in preventive care, women’s health, and endocrine diseases. During her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.
Dr. Dinesh uses a holistic approach in treating her patients. She understands that lifestyle habits – including proper sleep, regular exercise, and stress management – play an essential role in preventative care. By practicing what she preaches, she is able to further help her patients create a road map to wellness.

Graham Dondlinger, MD
Dr. Graham Dondlinger was born and raised in Manitowoc, WI. He earned his undergraduate degree at Kennesaw State University in Kennesaw, GA and his medical degree at Wright State University in Dayton, OH. His medical residency was completed through the Johns Hopkins University/Sinai Hospital Program of Internal Medicine in Baltimore, MD.
Since 1992, Dr. Dondlinger has served in the U.S. Air Force. He first started his career with the Air Force as a security policeman. Today, he is currently an Air Force reservist, working as Director of Critical Care Medicine with the 512th Aerospace Medical Squadron at Dover Air Force Base in Delaware. He has lived in Northern Virginia with his wife and daughter since 2009.
Dr. Dondlinger believes that quality care comes out of teamwork. Everyone – from the medical provider to the patient and family members – contributes to the patient’s overall well-being.

Ryun Lee, DO
Board Certified in Family Medicine
Dr. Ryun Lee is Board Certified in Family Medicine through the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians. She received her undergraduate degree in Health Science-International Health from Georgetown University in 2004 and her medical degree from Western University of Health Sciences – College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific in Ponoma, CA in 2011. Dr. Lee then completed her family medicine residency training at Riverside Regional Medical Center in Newport News, VA.
Dr. Lee enjoys family medicine because it offers the opportunity for preventive medicine and incorporating manipulative therapy into practice. She is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians and the American Osteopathic Association.
Dr. Lee believes that patients are the driving force of their health and well-being.
Grace L. Keenan, MD
Chief Executive Officer, Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Board Certified in Integrative Holistic Medicine
Dr. Keenan is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Nova Medical & Urgent Care Center, Inc. and the Garden of Eatin’, LLC Grab & Go Café.
A native of Canada, Dr. Keenan received her medical degree from Memorial University School of Medicine in 1985. Upon successful completion of the Internal Medicine Residency Program at St. Thomas Hospital Center in Akron, OH, Dr. Keenan relocated to Loudoun County and began private practice in 1988. The previous sole proprietorship became Nova Medical Group in 1991; today it is the largest integrative primary care practice in Northern Virginia with locations in Ashburn, Sterling, Leesburg and Gainesville.
With a firm belief that proper diet and nutrition are at the helm of disease prevention and optimizing health, Dr. Keenan opened the Garden of Eatin’ Grab & Go Café in April 2014. It was designed to complement Nova’s suite of workplace wellness offerings and mission to promote optimal health. The café offers quick, flavorful, healthy lunch alternatives to Nova’s employees, patients, and the Loudoun County community. The catering services available help local employers to support and promote a culture of wellness within their workforce.
A visionary and business leader in Loudoun County, Dr. Keenan has been honored with a number of accolades including an “Enterprising Women of the Year” award by Enterprising Women magazine, a “Brava! Women in Business” award by SmartCEO magazine, a “Women Who Mean Business” award by the Washington Business Journal, and the inaugural “Stellar Woman of the Year” award at the Virginia Women’s Business Conference. She has also repeatedly been named a “Top Doctor” by Northern Virginia Magazine.
Dr. Keenan is actively involved with many local and national professional organizations. Within the local community, she serves on the Loudoun County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, the Loudoun County CEO Cabinet, and the Loudoun County Health Council. She’s an avid supporter of the Loudoun Free Clinic and is also a member of 100 Women Strong, the Washington Spa Alliance, a clinical preceptor for George Mason and Marymount Universities, and an affiliate faculty for George Mason University. On a national level, she serves on the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS) Leaders & Innovators Strategic Advisory Panel and the University of California Irvine Extension Advisory Committee for the Spa & Hospitality Management Certificate Program.

Lisa K. Malloy, MD
Board Certified in Family Medicine & Integrative Holistic Medicine
Dr. Lisa Malloy is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. She received her medical degree from the Medical College of Virginia/Virginia Commonwealth University and completed her internship and residency in family medicine at the University of Florida Health Science Center in Jacksonville.
Prior to joining Nova, Dr. Malloy practiced medicine in Woodbridge, VA for 13 years. She focuses on the health and wellness of patients at all stages of life and has a special interest in female and adolescent health.
Dr. Malloy is actively involved in the community. In 2003, she served as Assistant Clinical Professor at MCV-VCU. She is also a current member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, the Virginia Academy of Family Physicians, and the Medical Society of Virginia. Additionally, Dr. Malloy was recently recognized as one of the “Top Family Doctors” in Northern Virginia by Northern Virginia Magazine, and in the annual “Best of Prince William County” awards.
Dr. Malloy believes that developing lasting relationships with patients through education and self-involvement helps them to establish and maintain the best possible health.
Holger Noelle, MD
Board Certified in Family Medicine
Dr. Holger Noelle was born and raised near Cologne, Germany. After completing a mandatory two-year military service in the airborne, Dr. Noelle began his medical education in natural medicine leading to a license in holistic medicine. He received his medical degree after completing a seven year program at the Justus-Liebig University, near Frankfurt, Germany.
After completing the surgical part of his medical education in Tel Aviv Israel, Dr. Noelle returned to Germany, where he worked for two years in vascular surgery. After receiving his medical license he moved to the United States with his wife, a native of Florida.
Dr. Noelle completed a U.S. residency program at Franklin Square Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland in family medicine. He joined Nova Medical and Urgent Care Center in 2005 and is experienced in both holistic and traditional medicine. He enjoys treating patients of all ages.
He is married and has two sons. He currently resides in Oakton, VA.
Medicine is an art; the art of finding the best way to improve a person’s life. Sometimes we find the right answer in holistic medicine and other times in traditional medicine. But, the real success depends on treating the whole person, not the just the disease.

Hannah E. Phillips, MD
Board Certified in Family Medicine
Dr. Hannah Phillips was born in Hull, England and immigrated with her family to Canada in 1985. She grew up in Montreal, Quebec, and received both her undergraduate degree in molecular biology and her medical degree from McGill University. She completed her training in family medicine at Tufts University in Boston, MA and is a member of the American Association of Family Physicians.
Dr. Phillips joined Nova Medical Group in 2007 and is especially interested in integrative medicine and preventive health and wellness. She enjoys treating patients of all ages and is fluent in French.
Dr. Phillips believes in a holistic approach to medical care with an emphasis on health and wellness.

Stephanie Pylypko, MD
Board Certified in Family Medicine
A native of Northern Virginia, Dr. Stephanie Pylypko is a board certified family physician with special interests in preventive medicine, women’s health, and chronic disease management. She earned her medical degree at Eastern Virginia Medical School (EVMS) and completed her residency at EVMS Portsmouth Family Medicine. While there, she served as co-director of the program’s homeless clinic and developed a sincere interest in working with patients from varying socio-economic backgrounds and age groups. Her third year research project, focusing on varying clinic immunization coverage rates, won best overall project implementation and design.
Prior to medical school, Dr. Pylypko completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Virginia where she double majored in biology and physics. She continued her education at George Mason University where she earned her graduate degree in molecular biology and attended an honors program at Oxford University in England.
Dr. Pylypko is a Diplomat of the American Board of Family Medicine, a member of the American Association of Medicine, and American Academy of Family Physicians. In her spare time, Dr. Pylypko enjoys traveling, gardening and spending time with friends and family.
Dr. Pylypko hopes to develop collaborative and supportive relationships with each of her patients. She strives for excellence in the integrative healthcare model, treating the whole person including the mind, body and spirit.
