Dr. Sijuwola Ajinwun is board eligible in Family Medicine. She received her Bachelor of Science in Chemistry at Tufts University in Medford, MA and her Doctor of Medicine at American University of Antigua College of Medicine in New York, NY. Dr. Ajinwun will join Nova Medical Group in September 2013, after completing of her family medicine residency at Cook County Loyola Provident in Chicago, IL.
Dr. Ajinwun is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, National Medical Association & Physicians for a Democratic Majority. She has a particular interest in preventive medicine, women’s health, and nutrition. In addition, Dr. Ajinwun studied French for 3.5 years and also has working medical knowledge of the Spanish language.
Dr. Ajinwun believes that through strong provider-patient relationships, each patient should be an empowered participant in their health care.
Jeffrey B. Conklin, MD
Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics
Dr. Jeffrey Conklin was born in Orchard Park, NY and received his Medical Degree from The State University of New York at Buffalo School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences in 2002. Upon successful completion of the Internal Medicine-Pediatrics Residency Program at MetroHealth Medical Center in Cleveland, OH, Dr. Conklin started practice at the MetroHealth Buckeye Health Center in 2006. He joined Nova Medical Group in January 2011.
Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine since 2006 and the American Board of Pediatrics since 2007, Dr. Conklin is a member of the American College of Physicians and a fellow of the American Association of Pediatrics.
Dr. Conklin believes in helping patients learn as much as they can about their medical conditions and the latest general health recommendations so that they can make the best decisions possible to maximize their wellness.
Christopher Connolly, MD
Medical Director, Board Certified in Internal Medicine
Dr. Christopher Connolly graduated from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA with a degree in biology. He received his medical degree from the New York Medical College of Valhalla, NY, and completed his residency in Internal Medicine at the Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA.
Prior to his medical school training, Dr. Connolly conducted specialized research for the Department of Emergency Medicine and Department of Obsterics and Gynecology at the Medical College of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. During his medical school training at New York Medical college, Dr. Connolly was granted a research fellowship and continued his research interests in the fields of Gastroenterology and Infectious Disease. He is board certified in Internal Medicine and joined Nova Medical & Urgent Care Center, Inc. in 1999.

Visha Dinesh, MD
Board Certified in Internal Medicine
A native of India, Dr. Visha Dinesh earned her medical degree from Madurai Medical College in Tamil Nadu, India. She moved to the United States in 2002 and completed her residency in internal medicine in Brooklyn, New York. During her second year of residency, she was named “Resident of the Year” and also served as the Chief Resident in her final year of residency. Upon completion of the program, Dr. Dinesh moved to Maine where she practiced medicine for four years.
Dr. Dinesh is board certified in internal medicine and has a special interest in preventive care, women’s health, and endocrine diseases. During her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.
Dr. Dinesh uses a holistic approach in treating her patients. She understands that lifestyle habits – including proper sleep, regular exercise, and stress management – play an essential role in preventative care. By practicing what she preaches, she is able to further help her patients create a road map to wellness.

Graham Dondlinger, MD
Dr. Graham Dondlinger was born and raised in Manitowoc, WI. He earned his undergraduate degree at Kennesaw State University in Kennesaw, GA and his medical degree at Wright State University in Dayton, OH. His medical residency was completed through the Johns Hopkins University/Sinai Hospital Program of Internal Medicine in Baltimore, MD.
Since 1992, Dr. Dondlinger has served in the U.S. Air Force. He first started his career with the Air Force as a security policeman. Today, he is currently an Air Force reservist, working as Director of Critical Care Medicine with the 512th Aerospace Medical Squadron at Dover Air Force Base in Delaware. He has lived in Northern Virginia with his wife and daughter since 2009.
Dr. Dondlinger believes that quality care comes out of teamwork. Everyone – from the medical provider to the patient and family members – contributes to the patient’s overall well-being.

Holly Harris, MD
Board Certified in Family Medicine
Dr. Harris was born in Orlando, FL and received her undergraduate degree in Microbiology from the University of Florida. She earned her medical degree from Howard University before completing her training in family medicine at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, PA.
Dr. Harris joined Nova Medical & Urgent Care Center, Inc in September, 2008.
Dr. Harris believes in patient education and providing compassionate care for all patients. She encourages patients to be active in their medical care.
Monica Kanal, DO
Dr. Monica Kanal was raised in Front Royal, VA. She earned a Master’s in Public Health at Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA with a focus on Environmental and Occupational Medicine. Her experiences there led her to subsequently obtain her medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Kanal will join the Nova Medical Group team in June 2013 upon completing her Internal Medicine Residency at Providence Hospitalin Washington, D.C.
Dr. Kanal’s interests include fitness, nutrition, preventive medicine, and global health.
Dr. Kanal believes that a physician serves as an advocate to help the patient optimize his or her health. Educating patients about their health allows them to be proactive in feeling their best.

Grace L. Keenan, MD
Chief Executive Officer, Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Board Certified in Integrative Holistic Medicine
Dr. Keenan is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Nova Medical & Urgent Care Center, Inc. A native of Canada, she received her medical degree from Memorial University School of Medicine in 1985. Upon successful completion of the Internal Medicine Residency Program at St. Thomas Hospital Center in Akron, OH, Dr. Keenan relocated to Loudoun County and began private practice in 1988. The previous sole proprietorship became Nova Medical Group in 1991; today it is the largest integrative primary care practice in Loudoun County with locations in Ashburn, Sterling, Leesburg and Warrenton. An office in Gainesville is slated to open in early 2013.
Dr. Keenan is a business leader in Loudoun County. In 2012, she was honored with an “Enterprising Women of the Year” award by Enterprising Women magazine, a “Brava! Women in Business” award by SmartCEO magazine, a “Women Who Mean Business” award by the Washington Business Journal, and the inaugural “Stellar Woman of the Year” award at the Virginia Women’s Business Conference. She is actively involved with the local community, serving on the Loudoun County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, the Loudoun County CEO Cabinet, and the Tigerlily Foundation Board of Directors. Lisa K. Malloy, MD

Dr. Lisa Malloy is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. She received her medical degree from the Medical College of Virginia/Virginia Commonwealth University and completed her internship and residency in family medicine at the University of Florida Health Science Center in Jacksonville.
Prior to joining Nova, Dr. Malloy practiced medicine in Woodbridge, VA for 13 years. She focuses on the health and wellness of patients at all stages of life and has a special interest in female and adolescent health.
Dr. Malloy is actively involved in the community. In 2003, she served as Assistant Clinical Professor at MCV-VCU. She is also a current member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, the Virginia Academy of Family Physicians, and the Medical Society of Virginia. Additionally, Dr. Malloy was recently recognized as one of the “Top Family Doctors” in Northern Virginia by Northern Virginia Magazine, and in the annual “Best of Prince William County” awards.
Dr. Malloy believes that developing lasting relationships with patients through education and self-involvement helps them to establish and maintain the best possible health.
Luan Nguyen, MD
Dr. Luan Nguyen graduated from the University of Maryland with a degree in biology, while playing varsity tennis for the Terrapins. He earned his medical degree from Spartan School of Medicine, and will be joining Nova in February 2014 upon completion of residency at Mount Carmel Family Medicine in Columbus, OH.
Dr. Nguyen is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, American Medical Association, and American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine. He has special interests in aesthetic medicine, anti-aging and regenerative medicine, sports medicine, preventative medicine, and neuroplasticity research to augment his current practice. Dr. Nguyen is also an advocate for fitness and proper nutrition; they play an essential role in helping patients to attain a functional, high quality of life.
In his practice, Dr. Nguyen uses evidence based guidelines, is open to exploring innovative and integrative therapies, and always keeps his patients’ safety in mind. He hopes to empower his patients to make the most informed healthcare decisions and is adaptive to tailor each patient’s care to fit individual beliefs, values, and needs.
Holger Noelle, MD
Board Certified in Family Medicine
Dr. Holger Noelle was born and raised near Cologne, Germany. After completing a mandatory two-year military service in the airborne, Dr. Noelle began his medical education in natural medicine leading to a license in holistic medicine. He received his medical degree after completing a seven year program at the Justus-Liebig University, near Frankfurt, Germany.
After completing the surgical part of his medical education in Tel Aviv Israel, Dr. Noelle returned to Germany, where he worked for two years in vascular surgery. After receiving his medical license he moved to the United States with his wife, a native of Florida.
Dr. Noelle completed a U.S. residency program at Franklin Square Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland in family medicine. He joined Nova Medical and Urgent Care Center in 2005 and is experienced in both holistic and traditional medicine. He enjoys treating patients of all ages.
He is married and has two sons. He currently resides in Oakton, VA.
Medicine is an art; the art of finding the best way to improve a person’s life. Sometimes we find the right answer in holistic medicine and other times in traditional medicine. But, the real success depends on treating the whole person, not the just the disease.
Dr. Noelle can speak English and German.
Hannah E. Phillips, MD
Board Certified in Family Medicine
Dr. Hannah Phillips was born in Hull, England and immigrated with her family to Canada in 1985. She grew up in Montreal, Quebec, and received both her undergraduate degree in molecular biology and her medical degree from McGill University. She completed her training in family medicine at Tufts University in Boston, MA and is a member of the American Association of Family Physicians.
Dr. Phillips joined Nova Medical Group in 2007 and is especially interested in integrative medicine and preventive health and wellness. She enjoys treating patients of all ages and is fluent in French.
Dr. Phillips believes in a holistic approach to medical care with an emphasis on health and wellness.
Dr. Phillips can speak English and French.
Mariya Urbanski-Bourget, MD
Board Certified in Internal Medicine
Dr. Mariya Urbanski-Bourget was born and raised in Nizhny Novgorod, Russia. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from NN State Medical Academy in 1996 and was the president of the local medical association. She practiced in Russia before immigrating to the United States in 2000. In the US, she completed her stateside residency at Brooklyn Hospital Center in Brooklyn, NY, while performing additional coursework at Cornell University’s Weill School of Medicine in New York City.
Dr. Urbanski-Bourget comes from a long line of physicians, as both her mother and grandmother were also medical doctors. She strives to continue the family tradition, combining the highest level of knowledge with common sense and practicality to provide the best possible medical care. She specializes in primary care, senior care, and rehabilitation medicine.
Dr. Urbanski-Bourget is a member of the American Academy of Physicians and the American Medical Association. She is fluent in Russian and enjoys playing violin, ice skating, golfing and cooking in her leisure time. She also volunteers her services at several local clinics and is a strong advocate for providing medical services to those who are unable to afford such. Dr. Urbanski-Bourget currently resides in Reston with her husband, son and two step daughters.
Dr. Urbanski-Bourget believes that strong relationships and communication are the keys to exceptional medical care. She strives to both understand and educate her patients in an effort to treat them in a comprehensive and holistic manner.
