You will continue to see our team’s familiar, smiling faces and Dr. Keenan will remain committed to ensuring that you receive high quality care. Our specialty services – naturopathic medicine, acupuncture, dietary counseling, diabetes education, wellness coaching, endocrinology, and dermatology – will remain an integral part of our practice. Additionally, our integrative spa services including fitness, massage, and aesthetic treatments will continue to be available at The Medical Spa at Nova.
The Inova-Nova partnership also yields many new, exciting patient benefits including:
- Increased Medical Access – Enjoy increased access to a nationally recognized, comprehensive network of hospitals, outpatient services and facilities, primary and specialty care practices, and health and wellness initiatives.
- MyChart Patient Portal – This new patient portal will allow us to further optimize the coordination of your care. You will have the ability to access and view your electronic medical record, communicate with your care team, request prescription refills, schedule appointments, and pay bills online.
- Access to the Inova Language Line – We will be able to better serve those patients requiring language assistance. The Inova Language Line provides translation services in more than 150 languages!
In preparation for your next visit, please reference these frequently asked questions. Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to complete the following Inova Medical Group forms:
- HIPAA Compliance
- Medical History
- Cancellation Policy
- Release of Medical Record Information
- Hard of Hearing (ADA)
For your convenience, these documents are also available online and can be completed in advance:inova.org/patientforms. Please also bring your photo ID and insurance card to your appointment. Additionally, because we will be transitioning to the Epic Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, you will need to establish a new account with MyChart Patient Portal.
If you already have an established MyChart account through another Inova facility, we have good news – your appointment scheduling and care messaging can now be completed in one place!
If you do not have a MyChart account, you will be provided with an activation code upon leaving your first visit to our practice as an Inova entity. If you encounter problems with your new MyChart account, please call 1-855-694-6682 (1-855-MYINOVA) for support.
