Sterling, Leesburg, and Warrenton, Nova Urgent Care Centers are extremely accessible and an excellent alternative to hospital emergency rooms when medical care is needed
immediately for non life-threatening illnesses. Nova Urgent Care also offers a selection of occupational medicine and workers compensation services to local employers.
Nova Urgent Care is an affiliate of Nova Medical Group, the largest primary care practice in Loudoun County. Nova Medical Group was founded in 1988 by Grace Keenan, M.D.
